Our 6th Year with Honduran Coffee Alliance

We are super excited to feature an HCA coffee for the 6th year in a row and have the Edwin Nicolas’ coffee with us again! This is the same coffee we for the past 5 years — the Honduras Princesa Diana! We love that this coffee has become an option that our customers ask for by name.

THE COFFEE

This is a super tasty, washed processed coffee is a great fall offering with a similar flavor to the versions we have had years prior. It’s a mix of Catuaí, Icatú, Lempira, Marogojipe and Parainema varities.

HOW DOES IT TASTE

The coffee has a bright, sweet and subtly rich flavor with a caramel, honey, cinnamon tone and mild citrus feeling.  It's a bit more tart than in previous years but that will give the flavor a bit of a boost if you're looking to wake up in the morning.
