Ethiopia Alaka Gr1 Natural (Light Roast)

This natural processed coffee from Ethiopia hits a ton of our favorite notes in a coffee - it’s a natural processed coffee, high quality (that’s what the Gr 1 refers to), has a tiny bite to it and is a fruit packed bag of fun. We’ve been searching for this type of coffee for some time and are excited to share this with everyone for the holiday season.

The first thing from this coffee that will hit your senses is the fruity, berry scent from the grounds. There’s no escaping the blueberry muffin vibe and sweet scent. A few sips into this coffee and you’ll see a raspberry, tropical fruit and lemon tint with a juicy finish. Though not as sharp as a Yirgacheffe, it will pack a bit of a tart finish that may remind you of eating a tart blueberry.
