Our 5th Year with Honduran Coffee Alliance

We are super excited to feature an HCA coffee for the 5th year in a row and have the Edwin Nicolas’ coffee with us again! This is the same coffee we showcased last year — the Honduras Princess Diana! We love that this coffee has become an option that our customers ask for by name.

THE COFFEE

This is a super tasty, washed processed coffee is a great fall offering with a similar flavor to the versions we have had years prior. It’s a mix of Catuaí, Icatú, Lempira, Marogojipe and Parainema varities.

HOW DOES IT TASTE

The coffee has a smooth, sweet flavor with honey, cinnamon, lemon citrus flavors. When you grind this coffee, you’ll be greeted with buttery, caramel, bakers chocolate and floral hints.  It’ll finish with a creamy, semi-sweet, chocolate flavors.  While this coffee is bright, it is by no means sharp and is easy to drink.
