This washed processed coffee is sourced from the Chiapas region of Mexico. This is a great example of a tasty Mexican coffee and we've always found Chiapas coffees to be pleasant, easy and infinitely drinkable cups for folks of all types.
This coffee has the usual creamy finish we see in Mexican coffees and packs a caramel, citrus, orange and lime tint with a touch of a floral note as well. The body on this coffee is overall mellow but by no means thin.
