We see coffee from Mexico about twice a year and they're always a welcome addition to our lineup. They are easy drinkers that make for pleasant spring and summer coffees for any medium roast drinker. This is a washed process coffee and as a result, will not have a lot of complexity or variation in flavor.
This coffee has all the hallmarks of a great Mexican coffee. It's got a mild citrus tone with notes of orange and lemon along with a sweet, floral flavor. It also has a toasted nut and chocolate, creamy finish. This is a low acidity coffee and won't be difficult to drink if you have a sensitive stomach.
WHERE THIS COFFEE WORKS
Any Mexican coffee will be easy to drink especially if you have a sensitivity to acidity in coffee. No matter how you brew this, it won't be a challenging drinker.
