Colombia Manos Juntas Natural (Light Roast)

This is a bit of a different light roast option for us -- we've never featured a Colombian coffee as a light roast and especially not a natural processed coffee too.  This is an exotic change of pace for us that the fruity coffee fans out there will love. 

The coffee has a sweet, melon and sweet chocolate scent in the grounds but when brewed it turns much more to the lemon, pineapple and tropical fruit side of things. It has a decent level of acidity to it and while it's not the sharpest coffee we've ever had, it will have a bit of a zip on the way down.  It's all wrapped up with a tart, juicy finish.

WHERE THIS COFFEE WORKS

Light roast fans will love this coffee especially those of you who love a good fruit forward natural processed coffee too.  While this isn't the sharpest coffee ever, it will have a bit of a tart, bite to it that might not hit everyone the same way.  If you're at all curious how fruit flavors can appear in a coffee, or want to see flavors typically found in African coffee, this is worth a shot.
