El Salvador Cerro Las Ranas Honey Processed (Dark Roast)
This honey processed coffee from El Salvador is a coffee we have featured in the past as a light roast but chose to spin it as a dark roast this time around. The honey processing method will generally deliver a more balanced, richer taste and tone down any hints of an acidic feel.
We decided to roast this in a manner to enhance the flavor of the coffee while getting it to a dark roast level. The coffee has a pleasant graham cracker and brown sugar taste with hints of white chocolate. For a dark roast, it has a medium body with a syrupy finish.

This is a stellar coffee for anyone who wants a darker toned but subtle and rich sweet cup of coffee. It won’t linger in your tastebuds too long but will still deliver a rich, full flavor you’d expect from a dark roast.
