This coffee is out of Honduras, grown organic and decaffeinated using a mountain wash process. Decaf coffees go through some extra steps to get to be decaf. Don't be afraid to ask more about how a decaf is different from the regular caffeinated coffees we offer.
Though the coffee appears fairly dark, it is roasted to about a medium to slightly dark roast level. It has a lot of sweetness to it paired with a smooth, bold flavor. Expect to taste some chocolate together with some floral notes.
This roast works best in a standard coffee maker (drip).
