This Mexican coffee is sourced from the Oaxaca and Chiapas regions in Mexico and is a great example of a classic Mexican coffee. It's an easy to drink medium roast with a smooth, creamy texture and a very low acidity. There's a touch of floral and orange, citrusy tones in it too that will come out more as a cup cools down.
Look hard enough and you'll also find some very subtle white chocolate flavors.
WHERE THIS COFFEE WORKS
There's nothing rough about this coffee at all. It has an extremely mellow finish that will be easy to stomach for anyone looking to relax with a pleasant cup of coffee.
This coffee works great as drip but you might also get a creamier tone from it out of a French Press too.
