This decaf natural processed coffee from Mexico has a fun lemon and lime tint along with some fruity apple tones with a clean, creamy finish.
WHERE THIS COFFEE WORKS
This is a very clean tasting coffee that has the classic tastes of a naturally processed coffee along with some of the creamy tendencies found in Mexican coffees. This is a compelling coffee for a ton of reasons. It’s light, easy to drink but has a good depth of flavor.
This coffee uses a ethyl acetate (EA) to remove caffeine from the coffee. This process is performed using a naturally organic compound found in fruits and vegetables. Read more information about this process here.
