This coffee comes to us from Asociación Provincial de Cafetaleros Solidarios San Ignacio (APROCASSI), which was established in 2000 to support coffee producers in the region of Cajamarca, Peru.
This Peruvian coffee is an easy drinker no matter the time of day. This coffee has a pleasant cocoa powder, milk chocolate and mild walnut tone. To top it off, it has a floral and lemony finish along with a creamy consistency.

There’s no time of day this coffee won’t work — it’s an all around easy to throw back roast with a low acidity too. The combination of nutty, chocolaty hints makes this an all around pleasant coffee.
