This coffee is a tasty treat from start to finish and does a good job at hiding its decaf nature. Peruvian coffees tend to have a chocolaty feel and a mellow taste that is easy on the stomach. We love them in decaf form because they retain the rich, chocolate taste that the non-decaf forms do.
This coffee uses a Mountain Water Process (MWP) to remove caffeine from the coffee. This process is performed water and time to remove the caffeine from the beans. Read more information about this process here.
This roast works best in a standard coffee maker (drip) or for cold brew.
